How it works

member Joins the Platform through their Organizations, or through PeopleNet Networks. by signup by downloading the App or Online.  

JanMitra's  help organizations to join their members on to the platform through call center, service center or at door step.

Members will update their profile based on the type of programs and services they want to access. 

Program Selection: Members have the option to join various programs offered by the PeopleNet platform. These programs are presented to them based on the information in their profile and their stated preferences.

Program Matching: The platform uses the information provided by the members to match them with programs that align with their needs and interests.

Applying for Services: Once a member is part of a program, they can apply for the services associated with that program. This can be done through the app or online, making the process convenient for the members.

JanMitra Assistance: If needed, members can seek assistance from JanMitra to help them apply for services. This ensures that members who might require extra help are still able to access the benefits of the platform.

Notification and Feedback: The platform keeps members informed about the status of their service applications through messages and notifications. Additionally, members have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience and rate the service providers. This feedback loop helps improve the overall quality of services provided.
